Richard Kelley

Rich was a devoted husband and father of four who loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and time with loved ones. He served over 30 years in EMS and was the Paramedic Supervisor at Mount Nittany Medical Center. Rich was honored with the AHA Mission: Lifeline Silver Award and the Jack Williams Award for his dedication to compassionate care. He also served as Centre County Coroner and was active in emergency preparedness. Rich lived a life of service, leadership, and heart—his legacy of care and commitment will never be forgotten.
