Paul Munns

Paul was a devoted firefighter and paramedic whose life was defined by service, compassion, and community involvement. Over 28 years with White Bear Lake Fire, he earned respect for his dedication and steady leadership. He also served as a long-time ski patrol member, volunteered with the DNR, worked in local hospitals, and supported the Regions EMS event team. Passionate about education, Paul taught CPR to people of all ages and volunteered with the Salvation Army. Known for bringing joy through characters like Sparky the Dog and Santa, and sharing his love of Smokey the Bear, NASA, and EMERGENCY! He was a beloved presence. Paul is deeply missed by his family and EMS/fire community.
