Keith attended the Point Church in Winthrop Harbor and the Tabernacle in Kenosha, WI with his family; he was a servant of God who was always ready to help others by volunteering in the food pantry and with Rebuilding Together projects.
Keith volunteered his time with medical mission trips to Haiti where he worked with surgical teams performing medical procedures. He also assisted in building group homes truly making a difference in the lives of countless children living in orphanages there. He was a volunteer softball coach in Winthrop Harbor and enjoyed volunteering to support his daughters’ activities. He spent years as a Boy Scout and attained the rank of Eagle Scout. Keith enjoyed camping, attending car shows with his extended family, and his motorcycle. Most of all Keith enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Keith retired from the North Chicago Fire Department in November of 2021. He also worked at Winthrop Harbor Fire Department and Bonnie Brook Fire Department in the City of Beach Park. Keith was a devoted husband to Deanna Marie Peacy; loving father to his daughters, Aaliyah, Callie, and Kendra; beloved son of Duane and Judith Peacy; and loving brother to Jennifer Rios. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece, and nephews.
