Jorge Mora

Jorge Mora, a beloved husband, father of two young daughters, friend, and valued member of the Cibolo Texas community. Jorge joined the Cibolo Fire Department in February 2022, and he served as an Engineer, where he found great joy in helping others during their times of need. Becoming a firefighter was a lifelong dream for him, and he was deeply dedicated to his work and the community he served. He was a bright and rising member of the Fire department and was awarded Firefighter of the Year in 2023. He was recognized amongst his peers for professional development this past June after he obtained his bachelor’s Degree in Fire and Emergency Service Administration. He is remembered as an individual who exemplified professionalism, camaraderie, and a passion for serving the public and the Cibolo community.
