Beyond her career, Courtney found joy in life’s simple and creative pursuits, especially fishing and building intricate Lego sets, often sharing those moments with her children and friends. She also helped co-found Emergency Medical Fishing alongside her EMT partner, Nick, blending her love for the outdoors with her commitment to community and connection.
