Carolyn Heath

Carolyn was a longtime resident of the Kingman community and served with dedication as a 911 Dispatcher at the Kingman County Law Enforcement Center for 14 years, from 2011 to 2025. She was known for her hard work, dependability, mentorship, and steady presence behind the radio during critical moments. Carolyn deeply valued her family and often shared pride in their lives and activities. Outside of work, she was active in the equestrian community as a member of the Pretty Prairie Saddle Club, Sedgwick County Saddle Club, and formerly the Kingman Saddle Club. She is remembered with love by her husband Frank, daughter Shawnda, and son Trevor, along with many who were touched by her care and commitment.
