Andrew Pumphrey

Andrew was a Paramedic for the better part of 30 years, practicing in many localities, most notably as a lieutenant in Fairfax County. He served as a Law Enforcement Officer and EMS Educator. He was a husband to Celene and a father to Nick. He will be remembered most for his desire to see others be their best selves.
