He was a legendary Paramedic, whose dedication and passion for his work left a lasting impact on those he mentored and served alongside. Spike was widely known for his infectious smile and contagious laugh, which could light up any room. His sense of humor was equally legendary, as he loved pulling pranks on his coworkers and scaring them with his playful antics. Spike’s warmth and kindness made him a beloved friend.
