Deno Gualtieri, DO

Deno was a respected leader and advocate for emergency medical services across Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He served as Medical Director for Ambler Ambulance, Skippack EMS, and several other regional agencies, where he supported providers with education, guidance, and steady encouragement. As Director of Emergency Medicine at Jefferson Lansdale Hospital, he was known for warmly greeting EMS crews upon arrival and fostering a culture of collaboration and respect. He believed in empowering providers, never speaking above them, and consistently made time for teaching and discussion. Deno was approachable, thoughtful, and deeply committed to improving patient care and strengthening the EMS community he served.
