The National EMS Memorial Bike Ride Board of Directors is composed of up to 13 participants from across the United States. Officers and Directors are volunteers who serve three-year staggered terms, elected by majority of voting participants in NEMSMBR events the fiscal year prior to elections. Each route is led by Route Coordinators, who are authorized by the Board of Directors to coordinate finances, logistics, operations, and planning for national events. They are:

East Coast: Samantha Kuenzler, Bryan Urato, and Art Samaras
Midwest: Dana Utterberg
Weekend of Honor: Lynn Beard
West Coast: Scott Kasper
